I've found out that it might be impossible for me to get my computer sent to Japan.
Well, not impossible, but $500, which seems pretty close to the former.

Hip-Hop seems to be what takes me on my walk to my classroom 2 kilometers away.
Andy Shauf seems to be what takes me home.

It would be really nice to make a friend in this town.

Well..you didn't call me so I am assuming that using a phone there might not be as easy as here. Nothing is impossible...as far as your computer goes...however...it just needs to be given some planning and thought, and from the sounds of it one thing you have lots of lately is..."thought"

Holy cow, you sonofabitch, you went to Japan without telling any of the sev-x crew? What gives?

Anyway, I hope things are going well for you, and that you find a friend soon. If you have any requests for uploads on the music blog, let me know, and I'll get them up for you... though if you don't have your computer, I don't know if that will do any good.

How'd you land a gig teaching English in Japan anyway? God, I admire that. I can't imagine flying to another country to live on my own for a year without a single friend or family member with me. I barely know what I'm going to in my next semester of school, and you're out there making a life for yourself. I envy that, and it scares the hell out of me at the same time. Maybe my desire to get out and live life the way I want to isn't as great as I thought...

Sorry for getting all introspective on you. What you're doing is amazing, and I really pray that you learn a lot, that you don't get too lonely, and that you find joy in what you are doing. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers, broseph.
